Mitchell Meyer – Son of the founder of Rainbow, Morton Meyer.  Mitchell joined his father in business in the early 1980’s.  He is now the President of Rainbow and is responsible managing the supply chain and the finances.

Steven Meyer – Also a son of Morton Meyer.  Steven joined Rainbow in the mid 1980’s.  He is now Vice President and is responsible for IT and logistics.

Keith Barber – Sales Manager.  Keith has been a part of the Rainbow team since 1990.  An industry veteran, having started in the costume jewelry business in 1972.  Keith is the primary sales person and works closely on product development for specialty accounts.

Arlene Santaella – Director of Product Development.  Arlene has been a buyer for several specialty retail chains and is the former Director of Product Development for Claire’s Stores.  Arlene is on top of the trends and communicates directly with our factories in Asia.  In addition she works closely with buyers in our showroom to be sure we are responsive to their needs.

A special note about our founder, Morton Meyer.  He was our father, our business partner and our friend.  He retired in 2002 and passed away in 2008.   We are always thankful that he had the courage to start Rainbow Sales.
